How I am going to deal with increased expectations

Over the past few months, JJ has grown Football Mindset into the strongest that it has ever been

But with that has come an increase in expectation from himself to maintain that and kick it on again

This episode is a bit of a ramble but will explain what he is doing in order to deal with them
